How do you get these returns?

How is the premium calculated?

With Secured Future, you'll find a range of products and premium options, giving you the freedom to select a payment amount that aligns with your financial situation and coverage needs.

Is a medical exam required?

Acquiring a policy is a streamlined process, typically completed within a month. The first step is connecting with an agent who will guide you through the application. Depending on your situation, a medical examination may be required. Once all necessary information is gathered, your application undergoes evaluation. Upon approval, your personalized insurance policy is issued and delivered to you.

How is my money "liquid" if it's in one of these policies?

The FlexVault strategy leverages a guaranteed whole life policy or an indexed universal life policy as its foundation. Both vehicles allow you to use the policy as collateral for loans, so you can access your funds in an emergency or to take advantage of other opportunities. With the FlexVault strategy you can borrow up to 80% of your policy's cash value. Borrowing against the policy can affect its growth, so we highly recommend you consult with one of our Wealth Strategists before doing so.

What is a "tier 1" asset?

Tier 1 assets are characterized by stability, liquidity, quality, and core capital.

Guaranteed Whole Life insurance is a permanent life insurance policy that lasts for the policyholder's entire life. It includes a cash value component that is a financial asset that lasts the policyholder's entire life. Indexed Universal Life (IUL) is a combination of life insurance, cash value accumulation, and flexible premiums. 

Both are considered a Tier 1 assets because of their stability, liquidity, and the potential for the cash value to grow over time. Banks are highly prone to lend against Tier 1 assets because they are considered to be so safe. In fact, Bank Owned Life Insurance, or "BOLI," is often one of the largest assets on the big banks' balance sheets!
